Inorder for the finished product to come out right, you must prepare your surface for the finished coating that you will apply. The finished coating is only as good as the application underneath it (prep). Our interior painting process goes something like this: Masking to protect any surface not recieving paint. Preparation to ensure the coatings will not fail. Prep also plays a very big part in the out come of the finished product, the overall appearance. Primer will ensure a consistant coating aswell as give a new fresh pallet to work on. Primer also has many great qualities, like promotings adhesion and stain blocking. Some primers block and kill mold and seal smoke and water stains. Our top coat paints can vary but we always recommend the best. Ive seen alot of different paints and ive used a wide variety of paints but ive been using Dunn Edwards paints and ive gotten real familiar with there line of products. I like the durability of there coatings aswell as the qaulity of the overall product. They have brochures for there customers that can help make a hard choice quite easy.

Our process can be very detailed to the point where we dont miss a thing. We will go over your house about four different times before the final coat is applied. We give ourselves time to prepare the surfaces correctly in order to recieve and accept the coating we will apply. Our process involves but is not limited to: Power washing, dry rot issues, replacing wood, concrete or stucco patch, bondo and wood filler (epoxy), caulking: stucco or exterior latex. We only use qaulity products. Primers will be formulated for the correct substrates. Finish coats will be applied as recommended by manufacturer, this will ensure prime application of the product aswell as an active warranty under the manufacturer.

We get into it, PERIOD! Before our qaulity coatings are applied, we will clean them, sand them, and clean them again. We try our hardest to ensure your project will last the lifetime of the house. Our process involves but is not limited to: Mask area to ensure protection for home owners items aswell as there health. We like to remove the doors so every single door and drawer gets the attention it needs. The reason cabinets need so much attention is because of the atmosphere there in. In many kitchens it is super humid and grease and grime are present in the environment daily. The humidity leaves a film on the cabinets. As we cook soups that accumulate alot of steam, this steam can ruin coatings that are not cabinet grade paint. Humidity can lift a poorly prepped coating very easy. This is why WE GET INTO IT. We want to provide you with a kitchen you can be proud of and least to say "bragg about". Our coatings are backed by there manufacturer warranty that provides durability and longevity. We only use cabinet grade paint on your cabinets. We use BIN shellac as an under coat (primer). BIN shellac , if properly applied cannot be removed from the properly prepared surface unless its mechanically (sanded) removed. Our top coats can vary but i have been leaning towards 2K products. 2 K products add in a hardner that basically build a shield on the surface of your cabinets. These are top quality products and can stand up to the worst conditions that a kitchen has to offer.

Seal krete is my go to on concrete products. I use a product called High Performance Epoxy made by seal krete. We use a vinyl flake that can be fully broadcasted over the epoxy or partially broadcasted according to the owners prefrence. We then apply a protective clear coat called polyaspartic. Our process involves but is not limited to, caulking cracks, filling any inconsistencies in the concrete (divets or gauges) to give a consistant look. We usaully grind/sand with diamond cup wheels and diamond grinding disc plates. Diamond grinding prepares the concrete to accept the epoxy coating. We can liken it to sanding before painting to ensure the proper  mechanical bond needed for adhesion purposes. After the grinding process we will vacuum up all the dust and get rid of any oil and grease stains that the grinder couldnt get, acetone works well to reduce oil spots to nothing. After this process we will began the epoxy process, theres many ways to apply the epoxy, some people will apply with a roller and tray others will use a squeegee then roll it out with a roller. What ever you choose will be fine, the application process is based on whats comfortable for you as the proffesional. After the epoxy process we will cast the vinyl flake into the wet epoxy. After this process we will allow the epoxy and vinyl flake to bond together as manufacturer recommends. Then we will apply the clear coat, which will be a polyaspartic. We will apply the poly aspartic the same way as the epoxy, some people roll it with a roller and tray and others use sqeegees then roll it out for consistancy purposes. Then we will clean up the area and let it cure up as the manufacturer suggests before we allow owner to take any actions on the floor.
